PLEASE THOROUGHLY READ OUR RETURN POLICY PRIOR TO PURCHASE

Due to the nature of our hair products, we do not offer refunds. Please ensure your order is accurate.

 Exchange ONLY for Matting, exchange is only available within 5 days of your signature. HAIR STUDIO & Company will not accept or exchange any items that have been unwrapped, combed, brushed, fingers ran through hair, colored from it's natural state, inches, color, changed of mind or altered in anyway will not be accepted!  If you have a problem with your order you must contact us via email Heavenlyessential.llc@gmail.com Only! To complete your exchange you will need to submit photos and other information.

Product MUST be sealed in the original packaging (including: invoice, tags, and free gift items) you are responsible for exchange cost and we recommend you use shipping providers with tracking and/or insurance to protect your package. HAIR STUDIO & Company is not responsible for lost exchanges. Merchandise must be physically received and scanned back into inventory before an exchange can take place. Exchange will only be on original order.

Unfortunately, we must first receive and thoroughly inspect (Allow 48 hours upon receipt) the product because sometimes people who've never used Remy hair many view tangling for matting, upon verification of the problem we will bear the cost and send out a product replacement. Exchange process could take up to 7-10 business days, not including weekends and/or holidays.

 
 ***Please note federal law we adhere to strict policies in regards to Health Regulation and hygiene concerns. If the item is removed from the bundle and used in any visible manner, all  exchange policies are VOIDED. ***All Sales Are Final***
