Hair Maintenance Instructions:

The most important thing is co-washing your hair with a moisturizing conditioner. Comb through with wide tooth comb , rinse, condition for at least 5-10 minutes and air dry. *Make sure to comb through again removing loose hairs that were not caught while wefting; then cut off hair clamp.

We take ever effort to make sure that your wefts are constructed tightly, make sure to inform your Stylist to sew around the wefts and NOT through them, (sewing through puts holes in the wefts and makes them shed). If hair sheds, hair will tangle because of the loose cuticles floating around. We suggest you seal the weft as well.

We recommend Aussie, VO5, Tresemme, Shea Moisture, condition with Pantene (Moisture Renewal) or similar products. Small amounts of a light serum is fine.

YOUR HAIR NEEDS TO BE CO-WASHED  (co-wash  means, conditioner only!) So deep Condition to lock in moisture and cut down on tangling. It also brings out the natural beauty and feel of your hair.

Straight to Loose wavy hair 1-2 times per week

Wavy to Curly hair 2-3 times per week

You need to keep your hair moisturized. If you don't it will cause drying and tangling. Oil isn't moisture, but can be used to seal in the moisture during deep conditioning. Providing moisture is accomplished by using a moisturizing conditioner. It can take up to 2-4 weeks to find a regiment that will work well with your hair extensions. We can't tell you exactly what to use on your hair extensions because each bundle is provided from a different unknown hair donor and no two bundles are exactly the same.
Shampoo very sparingly, since it's known to strip hair of moisture because hair isn't attached to the scalp there aren't oils being deposited consistently and that's where conditioner plays a role in removing sweat, some product build up and restoring moisture.  (Use a Sulfate-free shampoo and/or good hydrating shampoo)
